Scrub a dub dub! A big bumpy, squishy dishcloth for y'all to enjoy!
Maybe you like to do dishes? Maybe you don't? Somebody does though and this is perfect for them!

Scrub-a-Dub Dishcloth
This is an intermediate level pattern written in US Crochet terms.

Materials Needed:
4.0mm Crochet Hook                                          4 oz Worsted Weight Cotton Yarn
Scissors                                                                    Tape Measure
Tapestry Needle                                                    

Stitch Legend:
Ch – Chain                                                              SC – Single Crochet
Trbl – Treble Crochet                                          Sl St – Slip Stitch
FO – Fasten Off                                                     * – Repeat instructions from *
St – Stitch                                                               Sts – Stitches
Sk – Skip

Finished Measurements: 10” Square

Gauge: 4 Sts & 3 Rows in 1”.

Pattern is a Multiple of 4+2. You can adjust your length by changing the number of Chains for your beginning Chain to either make a larger or smaller cloth.

Let’s begin!







Row 1: Ch 38, SC in 2nd Ch from hook and in each Ch across (37 SC)

Row 2: Ch 1 and turn, SC in 1st 2 Sts, Trbl in next St, *SC in next St, Trbl in next St, Repeat until last 2 Sts, SC in last 2 Sts (37 Sts)

Row 3: Ch 1 and turn, SC in 1st 2 Sts, *Trbl in each Trbl, SC in each SC, Repeat to last 2 Sts, SC in 2nd to last SC, Sk last SC and SC into turning Ch (37 Sts)


Repeat row 3 until your piece measures 9.5”

Finishing Row: Ch 1 and turn, SC in each St across, FO (37 SC)

Cut yarn, weave in yarn tails using the tapestry needle.
